Payment:

        a.  Payment can be cash or check.

        b.  50% down payment are required for bulked orders and balance can be paid in COD or via bank transfer.  A receipt will be given to you. 

        c.  For retail orders, it can be paid in Cash, Gcash, BPI bank transfer and Paypal.

        d.  Cost of shipping will be given to you manually because delivery charges are not fixed as it will be depending on weight and location of your delivery.

 Does MAcSipia still delivers during quarantine?

 

                  Our couriers will still deliver order during ECQ.  However, please expect delayed deliveries due to quarantine curfews and restriction.

 

 What is the best courier of MacSipia?

 

             J & T, Grab & LBC provide reliable shipping services.  You can always depend on them to deliver within the amount of time promise.  We also have our own delivery service for bulked orders.

 

Delivery Rates:

 

Most items especially in bulked orders are process through a quotation.  An approved quotation is required to materialize a project.  A sample or sample with print is being approved before mass production.  Delivery will be handle by MacSipia itself or via courier.  Normally shipping cost are already included in the quotation. 

For retail items, the weight and place of delivery varies so it will be send to you manually.  The agent will asked your place of delivery before they will give you the actual rate plus the item cost.

Return Policy

 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Which means you have at least 1 week to return your item with box no damages, scratches or print so that your items will be replaced and the invoice are still intact.  MacSipia will ban shoppers from using their site for returning too many items, sometimes without even telling the customer why   they're being banned.  Once the goods are already in transit you can no longer cancel your order.  But if the goods are still in the base yes, it’s possible it can be cancel but we don’t encourage that because you will be block from using this site.  Items over 1 week will no longer be accepted.
